Made with love. From Aheda's Kitchen comes her recipe for Mansaf, a spiced slow-cooked lamb with rice and a tangy jameed yoghurt sauce—an integral and celebratory piece of Palestinian cuisine.

This cherished recipe, passed down through generations, has been lovingly brought to life by Aheda’s friend, artist Abbey Rich. Abbey captures the warmth of dining at Aheda’s table—a place where, no matter the time, a meal is always waiting. 

As a tribute to Aheda’s food philosophy, Abbey has included Aheda's hands symbolising how cooking with one's hands creates connection and intention. 

The artist has also incorporated an Arabic phrase meaning ‘made with love,’ reminding us that every meal made is an expression of love.
