Andrew McConnell is a person who needs little introduction in the Australian culinary scene. He is a chef and restaurateur at the helm of Melbourne’s most-celebrated restaurants like Cumulus Inc., Cumulus Up, Cutler & Co, Gimlet, Supernormal, Marion, The Builder’s Arms, Meatsmith and Morning Market.
Andrew, born and raised in Melbourne, has cooked across the world, including in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He has won countless awards (many of them multiple times) including the Age Good Food’s Chef of the Year and Gourmet Traveller Chef of the Year.
