Andrew McConnell is a person who needs little introduction in the Australian culinary scene. He is a chef and restaurateur  at the helm of Melbourne’s most-celebrated restaurants like Cumulus Inc., Cumulus Up, Cutler & Co, Gimlet, Supernormal, Marion, The Builder’s Arms, Meatsmith and Morning Market.  Andrew, born and raised in Melbourne, has cooked across the world, including in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
