Anthony Femia is a Melbourne-based cheesemonger and founder of Maker & Monger, the beloved cheese shop at Prahran Market dubbed Melbourne’s “Chapel of Cheese”.
He launched the venture in 2015 at the market, starting from an antique French food cart serving raclette and toasties, before expanding to a permanent stall in 2019. Today, the shop features a seven-metre cheese cabinet, maturation room, wine cellar, and a curated selection of artisan cheeses from around the world.
