There is almost always a line out the door, but Stef makes sandwiches that are worth the wait.

Stef left behind a career as a primary school teacher to open a small sandwich shop on Lygon Street with his mum, Diana. Under the name Stefanino Panino, he crafts made-to-order sandwiches that sell out daily with delicate cuts of Italian cured meat and fresh toppings.

Since then, he's set up shop at Collingwood Yards with a retro-inspired deli space where he continues to produce the best hand-crafted panino the city has to offer.

Simon's bold and precise illustration captures the nostalgic charm of Stefanino Panino capturing their best-selling dish, the Bologna Panino. This poster is made in collaboration with Arts Project Australia, a Melbourne-based studio and gallery that supports artists with intellectual disabilities.
