Cam's Kiosk, nestled in the historic Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne, has been a beloved eatery since 2009. The Convent itself, a national heritage site built in 1868, now serves as a vibrant centre for arts, culture, and community.   Walking into Cam's Kiosk feels like coming home. You're welcomed with friendly faces, a buzzing kitchen and cosy lived-in interiors. The menu is fresh, local and vibrant ever-changing.  Alongside owner Cam Miller, at the heart of this eatery for the past six years, has been head chef Julieanne Blum (a.k.a Jules), whose food is influenced largely by the seasons — as the gardens change, so too do her menus. Jules has a deep appreciation for locally sourced, garden-grown produce and serving the regulars who are pivotal to Cam's family atmosphere.

Cam's Kiosk's Spaghetti Napoli by Julie Blum & Daniel Richardson

This poster is made in collaboration with Arts Project Australia, a Melbourne-based studio and gallery that supports artists with intellectual disabilities.

This vibrant work, created by artist Daniel Richardson, celebrates the infamous Spaghetti Napoli from Cam's Kiosk at Abbotsford Convent. The menu at Cam's is vibrant, fresh, and ever-changing — but one dish that almost always stays around is their infamous Spaghetti Napoli.

Daniel’s layered, bright collage work reflects the lively energy of both the dish and the creative community that surrounds the Convent. In his portrayal, big hunks of parmesan and juicy tomatoes are scattered across the artwork in reference to the flavours of the dish.

Interwoven collage figures echo the tapestry of people and artistic endeavours that emerge the convent, creating a dynamic piece that brings together food, art, and culture.
