She was a highly influential chef of the 1970-80s at the renowned restaurant ‘Faraday Cafe’. Today she celebrates food with family and friends, and practices art at her home studio. Suzanne was a highly influential chef of the 1970-80s at the renowned restaurant ‘Faraday Cafe’. Today she celebrates food with family and friends, and practices art at her home studio in country Victoria. Her recipe for green bean and anchovy salad is one that captures her cooking philosophy for elegance, seasonality and simplicity.
