So what are Em's pantry non-negotiables?

First, there’s the oat milk—she swears by The Alternative Dairy Co brand and now buys it in bulk, ensuring she’s never without it. Then there’s the Lurpak butter, not just a spread but a full-fledged snack for Em, best enjoyed as a dip.

Golden Groves olive oil holds a prized spot on her shelf, as does tomato paste, which she considers the ultimate flavour enhancer, capable of transforming any dish.

But perhaps the most nostalgic staple of all? Arnott’s Royals biscuits a.k.a. 'Crack On The Heads'. The chocolate-coated, marshmallow-filled treats are more than just a sweet snack; they’re a ritual. Emily fondly recalls the childhood tradition of cracking them against her head before taking the first bite—a small moment of joy she carries into adulthood.
