Gifting at Food For Everyone has always felt a little magical to me. Each poster begins as a meal, a memory, a story, and somehow ends up on someone’s wall, becoming part of their home and their life. That is the joy of giving art. It lasts. It lingers long after Christmas lunch has been cleared, sparking conversation, nostalgia and warmth.
As a small Melbourne studio, every order truly means something to us. We pack each piece by hand here in Collingwood, knowing it is heading to someone’s mum, best friend, work wife or that notoriously tricky Kris Kringle. And in gifting one of our posters, you are not just supporting local artists. You are also helping feed people in need, something I am incredibly proud of.
From our tiny Collingwood studio to your home, thank you for supporting local art, local makers and a community we care about. Wishing you a joyful Christmas.
With love,
Gemma & the Food For Everyone team.
For the friend who’s always covered in flour ... sweet prints to brighten the kitchen they practically live in.
For the friend who can demolish a cheese board without fear. Lactose tolerant, emotionally stable, deeply deserving of a Comté Cap.
For the person who doesn't let you leave until your stomach is bursting at the seams. And gives you leftovers to take home, too.
For the friend whose personality is 70% espresso. Keep their heart rate up with something beautiful for the kitchen wall.
For the person who stayed home while everyone else posted spritzes on the Amalfi Coast. Don't be rude, give them what they need.
For the friend who wears Tabis to the supermarket and somehow makes it editorial. Their gift should be too.
Visit our Collingwood studio this December and shop the full collection in person. It’s a working art space, a little merry, a little messy, and the perfect place to see the colours in real life. Wander through, pick out gifts, and let us frame your poster on the spot so it’s ready to slide straight under the tree.
