THE CHEESEMONGER:
Anthony Femia is a Melbourne-based cheesemonger and founder of Maker & Monger, the beloved cheese shop at Prahran Market dubbed Melbourne’s “Chapel of Cheese”.

It began in 2015, operating out of an antique French food cart serving raclette and toasties, before expanding to a permanent stall in 2019. Today, the shop features a seven-metre cheese cabinet, maturation room, wine cellar, and a curated selection of artisan cheeses from around the world.

THE ARTIST:
Adam Nickel is a Brisbane-based illustrator whose work is defined by a classic, mid-century style that evokes a sense of timelessness. With a background in graphic design and animation, he brings a cinematic quality to his illustrations—clean lines, vintage palettes, and nostalgic charm.
