Parisian native and one of Australia’s most revered chefs, Guillaume Brahimi believes that the Tarte Tatin is a quintessential part of French fare. The poster design is in keeping with classic French sensibilities with muted tones of red, blue, and white. The cursive typography mimics the ‘plat du jour’ handwriting on a bistro specials board.
