I love that the Artist Collections allow me to play matchmaker between chefs and artists. Bringing together creatives who are energetically matched is incredibly satisfying but the best part is seeing the work that's produced from these pairings. And getting to share it with you!

Just like children, I know you're not supposed to have favourites - but I must admit this might be my favourite collection so far!

I am so excited to welcome culinary icon Maggie Beer into the Food For Everyone fold with a quintessential pavlova recipe. As well as working with two international artists Lisa Carpagnano and Maggie Cowles whose work I have both been personally following for a while.

And while we have heroed local Melbourne legends like City Wine Shop and Aheda's Kitchen, this collection takes Food For Everyone to Darwin with Masterchef-alum Minoli De Silva and the shores of Byron Bay with Kouzina.

I hope that there is something from this collection that resonates with you - a recipe, an artwork, or a story that makes your heart sing.
