Green Vegetable and Barley Soup by Clementine Day

Our dear friend and self-taught cook, Clementine Day, a.k.a Somethings I Like to Cook, has an unfussy, fun approach to cooking. Her food is homely and delicious, exemplified nowhere better than in her incredible Green Vegetable and Barley soup. The recipe is versatile and in our humble opinion perfect on a cool Autumn evening (although it’s so delicious, we make it all year round).
