Jessica Nguyen

Jessica Nguyen heralds a new generation in food as an Instagram-based home-cook and recipe developer. She has reinvigorated the art of hosting through her signature tables-capes characterised by bold colours and patterns.

Whilst she has always been obsessed with food, she spent the last 10 years in the beauty industry working in various Marketing & PR roles, before fatefully being made redundant in March 2020 just as COVID-19 was announced a global pandemic. Unprecedented times became an opportunity to finally turn her food passion into a new career, essentially ‘cooking her way out of COVID’ and building it into a full-time business.

In November 2020, Jess launched her first food product, with her first batch of ‘Chilli Oil on Everything’ – its cult status sees it sell out with every batch. Food For Everyone is proud to have worked with Jess on a special-edition batch of her infamous chilli oil with 100% of profits donated to Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
